Recording by Tenant. S. Exclusivity
Recording by Tenant. Neither party shall record this Lease or any portion thereof in any public records. However, Tenant shall have the right to record a memorandum of this Lease in a form approved by Landlord in the appropriate public records of Dallas County, Texas.
Recording by Tenant. It is understood by the parties hereto that this Lease or any memo thereof, shall not be recorded by TENANT without LANDLORD's written permission.
Recording by Tenant. Tenant shall be permitted to record in the public records of Lake County, Illinois a memorandum of this Lease, the form of which has been approved by Landlord (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld). Upon such recording, Landlord agrees at Landlord’s sole cost and expense to cause to be issued to Tenant a leasehold title insurance policy reasonably satisfactory to Tenant pursuant to the title commitment issued by Chicago Title Insurance Company and attached hereto as Appendix F. Upon termination of this Lease by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant agrees to execute for recording in Lake County, Illinois any document as may be reasonably required by the title company in order to evidence the termination of this Lease.
