Recording Change of Ownership of the Transferred Intellectual Property Rights. Lumentum shall have the sole responsibility, at its sole cost and expense, to file the Intellectual Property Assignment Agreements and any other forms or documents as required to record the assignment of the Transferred Intellectual Property Rights from JDSU and its Subsidiaries to Lumentum; provided, however, that, upon request, JDSU shall provide reasonable assistance to Lumentum to record the assignment, at Lumentum’s sole cost and expense.
