Common use of Recording Fees Clause in Contracts

Recording Fees. Except as otherwise provided in and except as otherwise paid in accordance with Section 6.4, FOX shall pay all notary documentary, filing and recording fees required in connection with the filing and recording of any conveyances and assignments delivered by RESOURCE to FOX at the Closing in accordance with standard Ecuadorean practices.
