Common use of Recording, Filing and Other Fees Clause in Contracts

Recording, Filing and Other Fees. Mortgagor shall pay all recording and filing fees, all recording taxes, and all other costs and expenses in connection with the preparation, execution and recordation and other manner of perfection of this Mortgage, and any other Loan Documents, and shall reimburse Mortgagee on demand for all costs and expenses of any kind incurred by Mortgagee in connection therewith (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements, to the extent permitted by law). Mortgagor will, at any time on request of Mortgagee, execute or cause to be executed financing statements, continuation statements, security agreements, or the like, in respect of any Building Equipment for the assuring and preservation of the security interest granted hereunder, and Mortgagor hereby irrevocably appoints Mortgagee as its attorney-in-fact for such purposes. Mortgagor shall pay all filing fees, including fees for filing continuation statements, in connection with such financing statements.

Mortgagor Lessee shall pay all filing fees, including fees for filing continuation statements, in connection with such financing statements.
