Recording for Reports. For the purpose of ascertaining the amount of reportable sales and revenue and any amounts payable as Percentage Fee, [SELECTED RESPONDENT] agrees to record each and every sale at the time of the transaction. The form of the written statement submitted by [SELECTED RESPONDENT] for the St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Terminal Advertising Agreement shall be a template for this Agreement, subject to reasonable modifications, additions and requests for format changes and sufficiency of details by NYCEDC. Upon request of NYCEDC, [SELECTED RESPONDENT] shall provide NYCEDC with copies of the underlying advertising agreements.
