Recording of Deposits and Transfers. All Transfers of Shares, as well as all deposits of additional voting securities of the Company in trust with the Trustees as set forth in this Section 2, shall be recorded by the Trustees in the Trust Register. In addition, to the extent that any Shares cease to be outstanding, the Company shall notify the Trustees of the Shares that have ceased to be outstanding, and the Trust Register shall be revised accordingly.
