Recording of Instruments of Assignment. No later than six (6) months following the Closing Date, Purchaser shall have recorded all instruments required, necessary or desirable to evidence the acquisition, assignment and assumption of the Purchased Assets and the Assumed Liabilities, including, without limitation, all deeds relating to the Real Property and all assignments of mortgage, financing statements, and security agreements relating to the Loans.
