Recording of MEAG Assignment. Within three business days following the execution and delivery of a MEAG Assignment by and between MEAG and a MEAG SPV, MEAG or such MEAG SPV shall cause such MEAG Assignment to be recorded in the Xxxxx County, Georgia Records.
