Recording of Security Documents. All actions shall have been ------------------------------- taken as are necessary or appropriate for the Purchaser, as assignee of the Authority, to acquire and perfect a first, prior and perfected security interest and mortgage lien in the Project.

  • Terms of Security Documents The following principles will be reflected in the terms of any security taken as part of this transaction:
