Recording of this Agreement. This Agreement, or a memorandum of this Agreement, will, upon the written request of a Party, be recorded in the office of any Governmental Authority identified in the written request of the requesting Party, in order to give notice to other Persons of that Party’s interests that arise under this Agreement. Each Party agrees with the requesting Party to execute those documents that may be necessary to perfect such recording.
