Common use of Recordings and Filings Clause in Contracts

Recordings and Filings. All material instruments and documents (including, without limitation, financing statements and continuation statements) required to be filed hereunder in order to create in favor of MLMCI a perfected security interest in the Collateral hereunder shall have been properly filed in each office in each relevant jurisdiction and copies of such instruments and documents, stamped to indicate such filing, shall have been delivered to MLMCI.
