Recordkeeping Authorities. The Grantee will comply with and be subject to all Federal recordkeeping requirements, including, but not limited to: (1) the retention and access requirements for records under 24 CFR § 85.41, or 84.46 and 84.53; (2) the non-Federal audit requirements under 24 CFR § 85.26 or 84.26; and (3) the requirements of 24 CFR § 85.20 or 84.21 that facilitate an effective audit to determine compliance with program requirements.
