Common use of Records and Accounting by Patheon Clause in Contracts

Records and Accounting by Patheon. Patheon will keep records of the manufacture, testing, and shipping of the Products, and retain samples of the Products as are necessary to comply with manufacturing regulatory requirements applicable to Patheon, as well as to assist with resolving Product complaints and other similar investigations. Copies of the records and samples will be retained for a period of one year following the date of Product expiry, or longer if required by law or the Quality Agreement, at which time Client will be contacted concerning the delivery and destruction of the documents and/or samples of Products.
