Common use of Records and Accounting by Patheon Clause in Contracts

Records and Accounting by Patheon. Patheon will keep records of the manufacture, testing, and shipping of the Products, and retain samples of the Products as are necessary to comply with manufacturing regulatory requirements applicable to Patheon, as well as to assist with resolving Product complaints and other similar investigations. Further information regarding the Records and Accounting by Patheon is set forth in the parties’ Quality Agreement.

Further information regarding Client is responsible for retaining samples of the Records and Accounting by Patheon is set forth Products necessary to comply with the legal/regulatory requirements applicable to Client, in accordance with the parties’ Quality Agreement.
