Records and Documents to be Supplied by Trust. The Trust shall furnish to Underwriter copies of all information, financial statements and other documents which Underwriter may reasonably request for use in connection with the distribution of the Shares, and this shall include, but shall not be limited to, one copy, upon request by Underwriter, of all financial statements prepared for the Trust by independent public accountants.
