Records and Error Reporting. The fault reporting procedure shall be as defined in Schedule A3.6. The Customer will maintain its own records of Fault reporting, in addition to those carried out by the Supplier. The Customer shall perform any actions in connection with the correction of any failure of the Support Services to meet a service level or levels, which are agreed herein by the Customer and the Supplier to be the responsibility of the Customer.
