RECORDS AND INSPECTIONS. A. The Service Provider shall maintain books, records, documents, statements, reports, data, information, and other material with respect to matters covered, directly or indirectly, by this Agreement, including (but not limited to) that which is necessary to sufficiently and properly reflect all direct and indirect costs related to the performance of this Agreement, and shall maintain such accounting procedures and practices as may be necessary to assure proper accounting of all funds paid pursuant to this Agreement.
