Records and Notice Obligations. Employee will make and maintain, and not destroy, notes and other records related to the conception, creation, discovery, and other development of Company Intellectual Property. These records shall be considered the exclusive property of the Employer and are covered by Paragraphs 1 and 3 above. During employment and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, Employee will promptly disclose to the Employer (without revealing the trade secrets of any third party) any Intellectual Property that Employee creates, conceives, or contributes to, alone or with others, that involve, result from, relate to, or may reasonably be anticipated to have some relationship to the line of business the Employer is engaged in or its actual or demonstrably anticipated research or development activity.
