– RECORDS AND PAYMENTS:. A. The engineer shall keep an accurate record of time and expense on each project, and such records shall be accessible to the University for examination upon request. B. Within thirty (30) days after completion of a project, the Engineer shall render an itemized invoice on the standard invoice and receiving report form of the University. After same has been audited and approved, it will be processed for payment in routine manner and form, as prescribed for payment of obligations.
