Records and Right to Audit. 9.1 You shall maintain complete and accurate records and information to demonstrate Your compliance with this Data Processing Agreement and the Data Protection Laws, including a record of processing (where applicable), and allow for and contribute to audits by Us or Our designated auditors upon receiving reasonable notice.
