Records and Right to Audit. Dealer shall maintain complete and accurate records concerning any Purchased Contract and the related Vehicle and any other transactions associated with such Vehicle. Upon five (5) days’ notice, Dealer shall grant Avid the right to inspect Dealer’s records concerning all Purchased Contracts and any related Vehicles.
