Records and Schedules of Inventory. The Borrower shall keep accurate and complete records of the Inventory, and shall promptly furnish to the Lender on demand (a) a current Schedule of Inventory ("Schedule of Inventory"), in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender, based upon such inventory accounting practices as are satisfactory to the Lender, and (b) the original copy of all Documents related to such Inventory.
