Common use of RECORDS, AUDIT AND INSPECTION OF WORK RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

RECORDS, AUDIT AND INSPECTION OF WORK RIGHTS. The CONTRACTOR shall keep books and records utilizing a computerized record-keeping program and require any and all subcontractors to keep books and records as may be necessary in order to record complete and correct entries as to services provided and fees charged pursuant to this Agreement. Such records shall include complete and legible daily attendance and enrollment records. Upon providing reasonable notice, such books and records will be available at all reasonable times for examination and audit by the TOWN and its representatives, and shall be kept for a period of six (6) years after the completion of all work to be performed pursuant to this Agreement. Incomplete or incorrect entries in such books and records may be grounds for disallowance by the TOWN of any fees or expenses based upon such entries.
