RECORDS HELD BY PRINCIPAL PAYING AGENT. The Issuer shall procure (i) that the Registrar shall keep a full and complete record of all Notes and of their redemption, payment, exchange or cancellation (as the case may be) and (ii) that such records shall be made available to the Note Trustee at all reasonable times.
