Records Kept Sample Clauses
The "Records kept" clause requires parties to maintain accurate and complete records related to their obligations under the agreement. Typically, this means each party must document transactions, communications, or activities relevant to the contract, and may be required to retain these records for a specified period, such as several years. This clause ensures that there is a reliable paper trail for auditing, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance, thereby promoting transparency and accountability between the parties.
