Records of Account. 65.1. The Board shall cause to be kept proper records of account with respect to all transactions of the Company and in particular with respect to: (a) all amounts of money received and expended by the Company and the matters in respect of which the receipt and expenditure relates; (b) all sales and purchases of goods by the Company; and (c) all assets and liabilities of the Company. 65.2. Such records of account shall be kept at the registered office of the Company or, subject to the Act, at such other place as the Board thinks fit and shall be available for inspection by the Directors during normal business hours. 65.3. Such records of account shall be retained for a minimum period of five years from the date on which they are prepared.
