Records of Inventions. Executive will keep and maintain adequate and current records (in the form of notes, sketches, drawings and in any other form that may be required by Employer) of all Inventions developed by Executive or made by Executive during the period of Executive’s employment at Employer, which records will be available to and remain at all times the sole property of Employer.
