Records of Investments and Capital. Each Group Agent shall record in its records, the date and amount of each Investment made by the Purchasers in its Group hereunder, the Yield Rate with respect to the related Capital (and each portion thereof), the Yield accrued thereon and each repayment and payment thereof. Subject to Section 13.03(c), such records shall be conclusive and binding absent manifest error. The failure to so record any such information or any error in so recording any such information shall not affect the obligations of the Seller hereunder or under the other Transaction Documents.
