Records of Processing. Upon SFDC’s request, Supplier shall provide cooperation and assistance compiling or maintaining SFDC’s records of processing as required by Data Protection Laws and Regulations. Supplier acknowledges that SFDC may be required, upon its supervisory authority's request, to make such records available to the supervisory authority.
Records of Processing. UiPath shall maintain the records required under Article 30(2) of the GDPR for the Personal Data and, to the extent applicable to the processing of Personal Data on behalf of Company, make them available to the Company upon request.
Records of Processing. The Processor will keep a detailed, clear, and up-to-date record of the processing of Personal Data carried out on behalf of the Controller under this DPA, in the form, with the content and reflecting at least the information provided by art. 30 par. (2) GDPR.
Records of Processing. The Service provides Customer with the ability to access certain Customer Data to provide records of processing. To the extent Customer is unable to independently access the relevant records of processing of Customer Data within the Service, Airship will provide reasonable cooperation to assist Customer in a timely manner as is required by Customer to demonstrate Airship’s compliance with its obligations under the Data Protection Laws and under this DPA.
Records of Processing. Respondus shall maintain a written record, even digitally, of all Processing carried out on behalf of the Licensee, in accordance with the provisions under Article 30 of the GDPR. Upon request, and at the expense of the Licensee, Respondus shall also provide an extract, whether complete or partial, of the record. The Licensee may make such record available to the Supervisory Authority.
Records of Processing. Each Joint Controller is responsible for its own compliance with the requirement for records of processing activities in Article 30 of the GDPR.
Records of Processing. Fieldwire undertakes, when required under EU Data Protection Legislation, maintain a record of the Processing carried out as part of the performance of the Agreement, and make it available to the Customer or to the Supervisory Authority upon request.
Records of Processing. (a) Seller shall provide Buyer on a daily work day basis a log of Buyer's product at Seller's locations showing the status of product within Seller's locations. Buyer will furnish an originating document providing load number and catalog number. The log shall include, but not be limited to, the following information in the format indicated below: LOAD LOT NUMBER DATE RECEIVED VACUGAS NUMBER PRETEMP DATE CYCLE STOP DATE B.I.* PULL DATE TURN-AROUND TIME --------------- ------------- -------------- ------------ --------------- --------------- ---------------- *Where preferred by Buyer The log shall be transmitted to Buyer via Seller's fax and may be changed or added to as mutually agreed to by Buyer and Seller.
(b) Seller shall provide Buyer with weekly and monthly turntime reports and monthly non-conformance reports for each of Seller's facilities, and for all facilities combined, that provided sterilization processing services to Buyer during the period covered by the report.
Records of Processing. Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law. Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.
Records of Processing. To the extent required by applicable law, Customer shall be re- sponsible for keeping and maintaining Records of Processing for Controllers for all Controller responsibilities assigned to Customer by this DPA. See also article 4.2.1, 4.2.3, and 4.2.14 on Unify responsibilities in this context, as well as article 4.1.12.
