Required Records. The Company will maintain at its principal place of business such books, records and other materials as are reasonably necessary to document and account for its activities, including, without limitation, those required to be maintained by the Act.

Required Records. The AML Compliance Officer shall maintain records documenting each Fund's compliance with this AML Program, including: * the assurances received from Service Providers regarding the nature and extent of their anti-money laundering programs, as well as other records relating to the evaluation of Service Providers; * all Suspicious Activity Referral Forms and Suspicious Activity Investigation Forms, and any SARs filed by the Fund, along with all supporting documentation; * the AML Compliance Officer's annual report to the Board of Directors; * the minutes from any meeting of the Board of Directors at which this Program was reviewed and approved; * all documentation relating to education and training under this Program, including the date of each training session, the attendees, the topics covered and the training materials disseminated; and * the annual audit report prepared by an independent third party.
Required Records. Any records required to be maintained by Rule 31a-1 under the 1940 Act and Section 17AD-6 and 7 under the 1934 Act will be preserved for the periods and maintained in a manner prescribed under the Rules. All records maintained by State Street in connection with the performance of its duties under this Transfer Agency Service Module will remain the property of the BTC Recipient. Each BTC Recipient and its authorized representatives shall have reasonable access to its records relating to the services to be performed under this Transfer Agency Service Module at all times during State Street’s normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of a BTC Recipient, copies of any such records shall be provided promptly by State Street to the BTC Recipient or its authorized representatives. In the event of termination or expiration of this Transfer Agency Service Module Agreement, all records will be delivered to the BTC Recipient as of the date of termination or at such other time as may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties.

Each agency contract entered by the agent; and c. The direct costs incurred by the agent in the recruitment or solicitation of each student-athlete to enter an agency contract. 2. Required Records. The Company shall keep the following required records at its Designated Office: 9.1.1. a current list in alphabetical order of the full name and last known business, residence or mailing address of each Member and the Managers; 9.1.2. a copy of the stamped Articles of Organization, and all certificates of amendment thereto, together with a copy of all signed powers of attorney pursuant to which the Articles of Organization or any amendment has been signed; 9.1.3. copies of the Company’s federal, state and local income tax returns and reports, if any, for the three most recent years; 9.1.4. copies of any financial statements of the Company, if any, for the three most recent years; 9.1.5. a copy of the Company’s Operating Agreement, and all amendments thereto; and 9.1.6. a copy of the minutes, if any, of each meeting of the Members and any written consents obtained from the Members.
Required Records. The Board of Managers shall maintain at the Principal Office the information and records that the Members are entitled to obtain from the Company pursuant to Section 18-305(a) of the Act.
