Records of Trustee Action. The Trustees shall make and maintain a record of the actions of the Trustees taken at any meeting thereof. Any action, which may be taken at a meeting of the Trustees, may be taken without a meeting of the Trustees if a consent in writing, setting forth the action so taken, should be distributed to all of the Trustees and should be signed by five of the Trustees, said written consent evidencing the substance of the action of the Trustees so taken.

  • Financial Records and Reports Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Participant’s relevant financial records associated with this Agreement shall not be subject to examination or audit by NASA.

  • RECORDS, INFORMATION AND REPORTS Contractor shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, County shall have free access at all proper times or until the expiration of four (4) years after the furnishing of services to such records, and the right to examine and audit the same and to make transcripts therefrom, and to inspect all data, documents, proceedings, and activities pertaining to this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Contractor shall furnish County such periodic reports as County may request pertaining to the work or services undertaken pursuant to this Agreement.   • ACCESS TO SECURITY LOGS AND REPORTS Upon request, the Contractor shall provide access to security logs and reports to the State or Authorized User in a format as specified in the Authorized User Agreement.

  • Records and Accounting The General Partner shall keep or cause to be kept at the principal office of the Partnership appropriate books and records with respect to the Partnership’s business, including all books and records necessary to provide to the Limited Partners any information required to be provided pursuant to Section 3.4(a).   • DOCUMENTATION; RECORDS OF PROCESSING Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law. Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.
