Records of Water Quality. The State shall regularly take samples of water at each delivery structure for delivery of project water to the Agency, and shall make chemical and physical analyses and tests of such samples. The State shall keep accurate and complete records of all such analyses and tests, which records shall be available for inspection by the Agency at any time or times.
