Records, Personnel, Equipment, and Facilities. Participating Provider shall maintain adequate and appropriate records, personnel, equipment, and facilities to enable Participating Provider to provide care recognized as being generally acceptable within the Participating Provider’s scope of services or specialty and meeting the requirements under this Agreement. Participating Provider’s personnel, equipment, and facilities shall be licensed, certified, or authorized to the extent required by law, rule, or regulation.
