RECORDS PROPERTY OF TRUSTEE. All accounting and other records kept by the Mortgage Manager under clause 5.7 shall be the property of the Trustee and the Mortgage Manager must deliver all such records to the Trustee promptly upon request and in any event upon termination of this Agreement.
