Records provided remain School property. Except to the extent required by Applicable Laws or by order of a court or government agency, the Affiliate shall treat all information provided by the University and the School to the Affiliate as confidential material, including, without limitation, any Student background information and educational records. All records (other than medical records of Affiliate’s patients) provided by the University or the School to the Affiliate shall remain property of the University or the School, respectively.
