Common use of Records, Statements and Related Documents Clause in Contracts

Records, Statements and Related Documents. XXXX agrees: (i) When reasonably requested to do so by the Administrator, to prepare and deliver to the Administrator a schedule in form satisfactory to the Administrator, certified by an authorized officer of XXXX, listing all Collateral and the location thereof; and (ii) To keep accurate and complete records at all times in respect of the Collateral and to deliver to the Administrator copies of such records and such other information regarding the Collateral which the Administrator may reasonably request.
