Records to be Supplied. by the Fund ---------------------------------- The Fund shall furnish to PFPC Distributors copies of all information, financial statements and other papers which PFPC Distributors may reasonably request for use in connection with the underwriting of the Shares including, but not limited to, one certified copy of all financial statements prepared for the Fund by its independent public accountants.
