Common use of Records to be Supplied Clause in Contracts

Records to be Supplied. The Trust shall furnish to Distributor copies of all information, financial statements and other papers which Distributor may reasonably request for use in connection with the distribution of the Shares, and this shall include, but shall not be limited to, one certified copy, upon request by Distributor, of all financial statements prepared for the Trust by independent public accountants. Distributor shall provide to the Trust, at least quarterly, a written report of the amounts expended by the Trust under any plan of distribution pursuant to Rule 12b-1 under the Act adopted by the Trust pursuant to this Agreement and the purposes for which such expenditures were made.
