RECORDS TO FUND BY INDEPENDENT PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS. The Custodian shall provide the Fund, at such times as the Fund may reasonable require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a Securities System, relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports, which shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail as may reasonable be required by the Fund, to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed, shall state in detail material inadequacies disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, shall so state.
