Common use of Recoupment for Contributions Clause in Contracts

Recoupment for Contributions. Except as expressly provided herein, (a) no Member shall receive any recoupment or payment on account of or with respect to the Capital Contributions made by it pursuant to this Agreement, (b) no Member shall be entitled to interest on or with respect to any Capital Contributions, (c) no Member shall be entitled to withdraw any part of such Member’s Capital Contributions, and (d) no Member shall be entitled to receive any distributions from the Company except as otherwise set forth herein.
