Common use of Recoupment of Incentive Compensation Clause in Contracts

Recoupment of Incentive Compensation. All incentive or equity compensation paid to Executive during the Employment Term or the Severance Period will be subject to the terms of the Company’s recoupment policy in effect from time to time.
