Common use of Recourse against the Issuer Clause in Contracts

Recourse against the Issuer. The Debenture Trustees or the Holders shall not be bound to exhaust their recourse against the Issuer, any Guarantor or others or under any other security before being entitled to payment from a Guarantor under this Indenture or a Debenture Guarantee. Each Guarantor hereby waives all benefit of discussion and division.
