Common use of Recourse Obligations of Transferors Clause in Contracts

Recourse Obligations of Transferors. If an eContract is in default, the recourse obligation of each transferor of the eContract in the Ownership Record shall be determined in accordance with the agreement of each transferor and transferee. Unless otherwise agreed between the transferor and transferee, all Transfers are deemed to be “without recourse.” The absence of a recourse obligation shall not limit the warranty obligations of Dealers or transferors under Sections 7.6 and 7.7.
