Common use of Recourse to the Buyer Clause in Contracts

Recourse to the Buyer. Except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in the Transaction Documents, the obligations of the Buyer under the Transaction Documents to which it is a party are solely the obligations of the Buyer, and no recourse shall be had for payment of any fee payable by or other obligation of or claim against the Buyer that arises out of any Transaction Document to which the Buyer is a party against any director, officer or employee of the Buyer. The provisions of this Section 11.16 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
