Common use of Recourse to the Issuer Clause in Contracts

Recourse to the Issuer. Except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in the Transaction Documents, the obligations of the Issuer under the Transaction Documents to which it is a party are solely the obligations of the Issuer, and no recourse shall be had for payment of any fee payable by or other obligation of or claim against the Issuer that arises out of any Transaction Document to which the Issuer is a party against any director, officer or employee of the Issuer. The provisions of this Section 11.16 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
