Common use of Recourse to the Seller Clause in Contracts

Recourse to the Seller. Except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in the Transaction Documents, the obligations of the Seller under the Transaction Documents to which it is a party are solely the obligations of the Seller, and no recourse shall be had for payment of any fee payable by or other obligation of or claim against the Seller that arises out of any Transaction Document to which the Seller is a party against any director, officer or employee of the Seller. The provisions of this Section 11.16 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
