RECOVERY FROM ANOTHER PERSON. 10.12.1 If the Sellers pay to the Buyers an amount in respect of a claim and the Buyers or any of their Affiliates subsequently recover or is or becomes entitled to recover from another person an amount which is referable to the matter giving rise to the claim, the Buyers shall immediately notify the Sellers and, if relevant, shall (at the cost of the Sellers) procure that such action is taken as the Sellers may reasonably require to enforce the recovery against the person in question; and

RECOVERY FROM ANOTHER PERSON. 10.12.1 11.3.1 If the Sellers pay Seller pays to the Buyers Purchaser an amount in with respect of to a claim and Claim, the Buyers or Purchaser and/or any of their its Affiliates (including the Companies) subsequently recover recovers or is or becomes entitled to recover from another person an amount which is referable to the matter giving rise to the claimClaim, the Buyers Purchaser shall immediately notify the Sellers Seller and, if relevant, shall (at the cost of the SellersSeller) procure that the relevant entity of the Purchaser’s group will take such action is taken as the Sellers Seller may reasonably require to enforce the recovery against the person in question; and

RECOVERY FROM ANOTHER PERSON. 10.12.1 8.1 If the Sellers pay Seller pays to the Buyers Buyer an amount in respect of a claim Relevant Claim and the Buyers Buyer or any of their Affiliates the Company subsequently recover recovers or is or becomes entitled to recover from another person an amount which is referable to the matter giving rise to the claimRelevant Claim, the Buyers Buyer shall immediately notify the Sellers Seller and, if relevant, shall (at the cost of the SellersSeller) procure that the Company shall take such action is taken as the Sellers Seller may reasonably require to enforce the recovery against the person in question; and

RECOVERY FROM ANOTHER PERSON. 10.12.1 If the Sellers pay any Seller pays to the Buyers any Beneficiary an amount in respect of a claim Claim and the Buyers Purchaser or any of their Affiliates Company subsequently recover or is recovers or becomes entitled to recover from another person an amount which that is referable fully attributable to the matter giving rise to the claimClaim, the Buyers Purchaser shall immediately notify the Sellers relevant Seller and, if relevant, shall (at the cost of the Sellers) procure that any Company shall take such action is taken as the Sellers Seller may reasonably require to enforce the recovery against the person in question; and

RECOVERY FROM ANOTHER PERSON. 10.12.1 (a) If the Sellers pay Seller pays to the Buyers Buyer an amount in respect of a claim Claim and the Buyers Buyer or any of their its Affiliates subsequently recover or is or becomes entitled to recover from another person Person an amount which is referable to the matter giving rise to the claimClaim, the Buyers Buyer promptly thereafter shall immediately notify the Sellers Seller and, if relevant, shall (at the cost of the SellersSeller) procure that take such action is taken as the Sellers Seller may reasonably require to enforce the recovery against the person Person in question; and
