Recovery of Attorney Fees For Frivolous Actions. Claimant shall be entitled to recover its reasonable out-of-pocket costs (including court costs and actual attorney fees) incurred in pursuing any Claim defended by the Obligor on frivolous grounds or opposed for the purpose of delay or harassment.
