Recovery of Attorney’s Fees and Expenses. If any litigation shall occur between Executive and Employer which arises out of or as a result of this Agreement, or which seeks an interpretation of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
