RECOVERY OF COST OF PROVIDING BENEFITS. In the event that, in its discretion, the Corporation purchases an insurance policy insuring the life of the Executive to enable the Corporation to recover, in whole or in part, the cost of providing any benefits hereunder, neither the Executive nor his or her Beneficiary under this Agreement shall have or acquire any rights whatsoever therein. The Corporation shall be the sole owner and beneficiary of any such policy and, as such, shall possess and may exercise all incidents of ownership therein.
