RECOVERY OF DAMAGE AWARDS. 28.1 In the event that the parties cannot agree as to whether there is a default or as to the amount to be paid to either party in connection with any default by the other party under this Agreement, the matter shall be resolved pursuant to the Dispute Resolution Procedure in accordance with Clause 29.3.
